Terms of Use — My Fish

Last updated : 13 October 2026

If this translation and the French version differ, the French version prevails, subject to the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of My Fish, the fishing log and anglers' map. They form a contract between you and the publisher named in section 2.

By creating an account or using My Fish, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Publisher

My Fish is published by:

Company name: IM'IN OÜ
Registered office: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 (Estonia)
Registration number: 17314352
Contact address: support@imin.uno

In these Terms, "My Fish", "we", "us" and "our" mean IM'IN OÜ.

3. The myfish.uno brand and the three channels

My Fish is operated under the brand "myfish.uno". The service is available through three channels:

It is the same service and the same account everywhere. These Terms apply whichever channel you use. When you download the app from the App Store or Google Play, the rules of those stores also apply; Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the service.

4. Your account

To use My Fish, you create an account with a username and a password. We do not ask for an email address: when you sign up, you are given a recovery code. Keep it safe; it is the only way to get back into your account if you forget your password.

You agree to:

Minimum age: you must be at least 13 years old. If, in your country, you are not yet old enough to consent on your own to the use of an online service (between 13 and 16 depending on the European Union country), you need the agreement of a parent or legal guardian. To take out a paid subscription, you must be of legal age or have your legal guardian's agreement.

5. The service and what is free

My Fish offers, among other things: a fishing log (sessions, catches, photos, statistics), a map of spots, features for friends, leaderboards, trophies and challenges, the weather for your sessions, and partner offers.

The basic features are free. Some advanced features are reserved for Premium (sections 10 and 11).

6. Your content

What you post remains yours: your sessions, catches, spots, photos, notes and profile (together, your "content").

So that the service can work, you grant My Fish a free, non-exclusive licence, valid worldwide and for as long as the content stays online, to host, reproduce, display, adapt to screen formats and automatically translate your content, solely to run and present the service, and solely to the people you have chosen to show it to. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for public spots, which may stay on the map anonymously (see the Privacy Policy).

What is public and what is not:

You confirm that you have the right to post your content, in particular your photos, and the agreement of any recognisable people who appear in it.

Prohibited content: any content that is illegal, violent, hateful, harassing, sexual, misleading, unsolicited advertising, that infringes other people's privacy or rights, or that encourages poaching, fishing for protected species or fishing in prohibited areas.

Reporting and moderation: to report content or behaviour, write to support@imin.uno and tell us which content is concerned. We may refuse, hide or remove content that breaches these Terms, and spots submitted for publication may be checked before they appear. If something you posted is removed, you can write to us to contest it.

7. Rules of conduct

You agree to use My Fish in good faith and to respect other anglers. In particular, you must not:

8. Safety by the water and fishing regulations

Fishing takes place outdoors and involves risks. You alone remain responsible for your safety and for that of the people with you: access, banks, current, tides, weather, boating.

My Fish replaces neither a fishing licence or permit nor the regulations. Before fishing, check the local rules that apply: licences, open seasons, minimum sizes, quotas, protected species, reserves and private property. The fact that a spot appears on the map does not mean that fishing is allowed there or that access is permitted.

Information about spots, weather, scores and advice is provided for guidance only. It comes partly from other users or from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

9. Leaderboards, trophies, XP, challenges, leagues and titles

Experience points (XP), levels, trophies, leaderboards, challenge results, leagues and titles are game elements. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred or converted into money.

Challenges and leaderboards rely on catches declared in good faith. All cheating is prohibited: fake catches, photos that are not yours, falsified weights or lengths, multiple accounts, collusion to distort a result. In case of fraud or serious doubt, we may cancel a result, remove XP, trophies, a title or a place in a league, exclude a participant from a challenge and suspend the account (section 15).

The rules specific to each challenge (period, species, measure used) are shown in the challenge. We may change scoring scales, leagues and seasons.

10. Paid Premium

Premium is an optional subscription that gives access to additional features. It is offered monthly or yearly.

Where to buy: in the iPhone app, the purchase is made through your Apple account (App Store); in the Android app, through your Google account (Google Play) or, where applicable, by secure online payment; on the web (myfish.uno), by secure online payment through our provider Stripe. Premium is attached to your My Fish account and works on all three channels.

Price: the price, including all taxes, and the duration are shown before purchase. The price may differ depending on the country and the purchase channel.

Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. For an Apple purchase, in the subscription settings of your Apple account; for a Google purchase, in the subscriptions of your Google Play account; for a web purchase, from the subscription management of your My Fish account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep Premium until then. Deleting the app or your My Fish account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription: remember to cancel it in the store.

Refunds: for an Apple or Google purchase, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. For a web purchase, write to support@imin.uno.

Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer living in the European Union, you have in principle 14 days after subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason. By subscribing, you ask for Premium to be activated immediately. In the cases provided for by law, this immediate access requested by you may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal or in payment for the part of the service already provided. To exercise this right: with Apple or Google for a purchase made with them; at support@imin.uno for a web purchase.

Price changes: any price increase for a current subscription is announced to you in advance; you can cancel before it applies.

11. Premium earned through missions

You can earn days of Premium without paying by completing missions offered in the app (for example a welcome offer, inviting a friend, or submitting a spot with photos that is then approved).

These free days have no market value. They are personal: they cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged or refunded in money. They trigger no payment and do not turn into a paid subscription.

Missions, their conditions and their rewards may change or end. In case of fraud or abuse (fake accounts, fake referrals, misleading spots or photos), we may refuse or withdraw the free days.

12. Partner links and offers

My Fish presents shops and offers from partners. Some of these links are paid: we may receive a commission when you visit a partner's site or buy something there, at no extra cost to you.

My Fish is not the seller. Any purchase is made directly between you and the partner, under its terms, prices and privacy policy. We are not responsible for its products, deliveries, promo codes or the content of its site. The same applies to any other site a link takes you to (for example a directions app).

13. Intellectual property

The app, the site, their code, their design, the texts, illustrations, avatars and trophies, and the names and logos "My Fish" and "myfish.uno", belong to IM'IN OÜ or its licensors and are protected. Map backgrounds and some data belong to their respective providers.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use My Fish for your private use, in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, modify, resell or decompile the service, except where the law expressly allows it.

14. Availability and changes to the service

We do our best to keep My Fish available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will work without interruption or error. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or an outside cause (network, app stores, providers).

We may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces a current paid Premium, we tell you in advance and you can cancel.

Remember to keep a copy of your important data: exporting your account is free (see the Privacy Policy).

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using My Fish and delete your account at any time, from the app or from the page myfish.uno/delete-account. Deletion is permanent.

We may restrict, suspend or close an account in case of a breach of these Terms, fraud, cheating, abuse towards other users or a risk to the security of the service. Except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise, we tell you the reason and you can contest the decision at support@imin.uno.

If we permanently shut down the service, we give you reasonable notice so that you can export your data, and the unused part of a subscription paid directly to us is refunded.

16. Liability

My Fish is provided with the care that can reasonably be expected of a service of this kind. Within the limits allowed by law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where the law forbids it, in particular in case of intentional fault or gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our fault, nor the rights the law guarantees to consumers, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms, for example when the service evolves or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.

For a significant change, we inform you in advance, in the app or on myfish.uno, within a reasonable time before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new Terms, you can delete your account and, where applicable, cancel your subscription before that date. Continuing to use My Fish after they take effect means you accept them.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a case before the courts of that country.

If there is a problem, write to us first at support@imin.uno: we will look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you may contact the consumer protection or out-of-court dispute resolution body of your country of residence, or the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, ttja.ee).

19. Miscellaneous

If a clause of these Terms is held to be invalid, the others continue to apply. Not requiring a clause to be applied does not mean giving it up.

These Terms are available in several languages, in the app and on myfish.uno. The French version is the reference version: if a translation and the French version differ, the French version prevails, subject to the mandatory rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer. The text displayed is the full text: there is no other version to request.
